WHAT CHANGED CHARLEY FARTHING?:

Charley Farthing is on the run. An irate husband with murder on his mind has chased him out of his wife’s bed. Seeking shelter from the storm. Charley hops a ship and winds up in Cumba, only to find the island is seething with political turmoil. No sooner does he land than Charley finds himself Shanghaied by the unscrupulous Hooligan, who wants to get his step-daughter and a ship loaded with guns off the island. With a little blackmail as a weapon, Houlihan “convinces” Charley to skipper the boat. There’s just one catch: When it comes to sailing a ship. Charley can’t navigate his way out of a hot tub.
